Each session may include elements such as guided relaxation, breathwork, meditation and immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The class offers a calm environment for nervous system regulation, rest and gentle self-reflection.
These sessions are open to anyone seeking relaxation, restoration or a moment of stillness away from the pace of everyday life.
Mats, bolsters, blankets, and lavender eye pillows are provided. You are invited to arrive as you are, in comfortable clothing.

Embodied Sound Healing at Wellness @ 61
A monthly, intentionally small gathering offering a slower, more immersive space to pause, restore and reconnect through therapeutic sound and embodied relaxation.
Each session begins with gentle, guided grounding and yoga nidra–inspired breathwork, easing the body into stillness. This is followed by an immersive soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan bowls, koshi chimes and subtle percussion, with the option to experience sound massage (bowls placed on the body), supporting nervous system regulation, deep rest and embodied integration.
Warming aromatherapy is woven throughout, with optional oracle reflection and herbal tea to close.
This is a carefully held space, designed for those seeking more than a pause — a deeper reset and return to self. No experience needed.
All equipment is provided, including mats, blankets, lavender eye pillows and hot water bottles. You are invited to arrive as you are, in comfortable clothing.
