About Terri

Terri Andrea is the founder of The Embodiment Practice, offering a thoughtful and integrative approach to wellbeing that brings together professional therapeutic training with embodied and holistic practices. Her work draws on training in integrative counselling, accredited sound healing and mind–body approaches that support deeper awareness, regulation and personal insight.

Alongside her therapeutic training, Terri has extensive experience supporting individuals across mental health, education and mentoring settings. Her background includes working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating emotional challenges, as well as people seeking greater clarity, balance and self-understanding.

Her practice is grounded in presence, compassion and deep respect for each person’s individual experience, creating a calm and carefully held space for reflection, restoration and meaningful change.

Therapeutic Embodiment

The Embodiment Practice combines professional therapeutic foundations with embodied practices that support insight, regulation and reconnection with the body.

Sessions may incorporate a blend of reflective exploration, mindfulness-based practices, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and restorative techniques that support deeper connection with the body.

This integrative approach recognises that meaningful change often occurs when reflection and embodied awareness work together, allowing space for insight, restoration and personal integration.
