Alongside my training, I bring over ten years of experience supporting diverse, marginalised, and vulnerable communities, including neurodivergent individuals, across wellbeing, mental health, mentoring, and SEND settings.
My work has included supporting individuals in crisis and emotional distress, alongside experience in EHCP consultations, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and coaching and mentoring both young people and adults towards greater wellbeing and meaningful outcomes.
Prior to this, I worked within the private sector, managing teams and leading large-scale operational projects, developing strengths in leadership, communication, and accountability, which continue to inform the structure, safety, and professionalism within my practice.
